Your mission :

The person in charge of this position contributes to the smooth running of IT, technical and production resources at Fondation Hirondelle. In close collaboration with the technical manager, it supports him in implementation tasks, at headquarters and in the countries where the organization operates, with colleagues and external service providers. Pragmatic and endowed with an excellent practical sense, she is a first-line support for employees at headquarters and a focal point for technical respondents in the field. Generalist and versatile, she is called upon to gradually become the understudy of the technical manager.

Your main activities:

Ensure the maintenance of the headquarters’ IT infrastructure – 30 workstations (office automation, ERP, GED, networks, servers, messaging), in collaboration with our external partners
Support: provide the first level of support to users
Participate in technical development projects useful to our activities and our operation
Field mission: installation of equipment and commissioning, maintenance (networks for video/sound transmissions, radio/TV/web studio but also building, electricity, furniture)

Your profile :

Computer science education at HES level, with 3 years of experience in the network/system field
A diversified experience is an important asset: web, audio-visual, programming, telecom
Good practical sense demonstrated in a helpdesk function or in carrying out technical projects, great autonomy, strength of proposal, spirit of service and user orientation
Availability for a few missions per year in the field
Experience or strong desire to get involved in the work of an NGO, availability to work in difficult areas for missions, ease in collaborating with people from very varied backgrounds.
Good command of French and English
