Reference: Request for Quotation (RFQ) for (1) Tent for Mural/ visual expression of Healthy Life

Background:

Breakthrough ACTION Liberia, a USAID flagship Social Behavior Change (SBC) project, seeks to support Ministry of Health efforts to improve health outcomes by creating demand for health services. The project proposes to increase the visibility of the Healthy Life logo to spark interest, increase recognition, and strengthen in the link between the community and Ministry of Health. By making the brand more relevant and visible; the expectation is that Liberians will adopt the call to action and epitomize the true meaning of the Healthy Life Brand.

Main Objective

There are three specific aims of this effort:

Increase brand visibility by procuring promotional materials with the Ministry of Health logo

Increase recognizability of the Healthy Life Brand as a means of encouraging and motivating people to practice healthy behavior toward positive health outcomes.

Raise the profile of the brand to the public by utilizing the Healthy Life brand to promote high impact preventive health practices that will further increase demand for quality health services.

Deliverable

The three materials below will be branded with the Ministry of Health Healthy Life Brand to ensure they are visible and to be widely known throughout the project 12 counties of intervention.

Specification for Healthy Life Promotional Materials

Tents/ Canopy: Quantity – 89pieces**

· Size – 10ft X 20ft

· Color – white

· Has the capacity to host 20 persons

· Must be moveable

· 2’’ galvanize pipe

Healthy life inscription should be in bold letters (HEALTHY LIFE) the same color
Use the Comic San Ms for the inscription (Our health, Our life, is in our hands ) and have it written in white color
Canopy color should be blue

All potential vendors must be registered and tax compliant as per the Government of Liberia regulations and have the skills and capacity to deliver the required printing service.

It is therefore requested that suppliers send their quotations for these materials; including transportation to deliver the canopies in twelve counties of implementation ( Margibi, Bong, Lofa, Nimba, Grand Bassa, Bomi Capemount, Grand Gedeh, River Gee, Maryland, Grand Kru and Montserrado) also kindly list the contact information of three (3) organizations that you have provided similar services for in the last 2 years, and provide a valid copy of your institution Liberian Business Registration Certificate.

Deadline for submission of questions and proposals/bids
