Overview of position
To implement all purchase orders & prepare related doc.
Responsible for monitoring food transport & delivery to sites on a timely basis.
Keep records of all received & delivered items as to participate in the reporting with other colleagues.
Organize all procurement documents, such as invoices, as well as other supply chain documents.
Full responsibility for invoices, purchase orders & related documents, inventory management & control of physical asset limitations.
Deliver purchases to applicants in a timely manner.
Ensuring the safety, timeliness & cost of shipments.
mplementation of the logistics support policy (procedures & methodologies).
Purchase goods, services & ensure access to competitive prices & high quality.
Ensure that all tenders are fully documented.
Prepare inventory lists of assets, equipment & property.
This role reports to the Project Manager.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in logistics & handling of supply chain documents.
Must be able to work on MS Office programs well.
Must have good communication skills & the ability to facilitate the negotiation process.
Time management & organization.
Skills in warehouse management, transport management, supply chain management.
This role has no team management responsibility.
