About us

We’ve been on the frontline of the world’s response to HIV and AIDS for 27 years, working with marginalised people who are denied HIV prevention and treatment simply because of who they are and where they live.

Our cultural philosophy is that Action Makes the Difference. The attitudes and approach we take at work are guided by our organisational values – Freethinker, Inspired by Difference and Firestarter – and their associated behaviours. Knowing what is expected of us every day helps Frontline AIDS to be a great place to work.

Are you the Frontliner we’re looking for?
