Position Title: HR Assistant – HR Administration

Salary: Php 44,000 per month net of taxes (All-inclusive)
Under the overall supervision of the National Human Resources Officer and the direct supervision of the HR Specialist (HR Administration), the successful candidate will be responsible and accountable for supporting the human resources administration of all local staff and non-staff in the Manila (Global) Administrative Centre (MAC), including but not limited to contracts management, personnel action preparation, payroll and timekeeping processing, leave administration, benefits and other entitlements processing, management and maintenance of PRISM-HR records, e-filing and staff evaluation system support to managers and staff.
He or she will also closely coordinate with the unit heads, supervisors, and staff members in the ensuring the effective implementation of the IOM Human Resources policies, regulations and guidelines in coordination with the Panama Administrative Center and Human Resource Management in Geneva, as appropriate.
The Human Resources Assistant – (HR Administration) is also expected to maintain high level of customer service to its stakeholders ensuring that unit heads, supervisors and staff members’ experience are the team’s priority.
Required Qualifications and Experience
University degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Industrial Relations, Behavioral and Development Studies, Public or Business Administration, or a related field from an accredited academic institution, with two years of relevant
professional experience in human resource management and general personnel administration; or
Completed High School degree from an accredited academic institution, with four years of relevant professional experience;
Diploma or Certification in HR an advantage.
Experience in entitlements administration and human resource management;
At least six (6) months of work experience in international/multi-cultural and/or UN system.
Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients;
High level of computer literacy with experience in HR IT systems and applications;
Working knowledge in SAP- HR;
Excellent organization and analytical skills, attention to details, and ability to work with minimum supervision.
