The purpose of this pipeline post is to identify ready to acquire talents for our Finance Team.
Role will support the Finance team in managing the finance and record and prepare all type of financial transactions according to SCI and donor rules and regulations.
Note: In the event of a major humanitarian emergency, the role holder will be expected to work outside the normal role profile and be able to vary working hours accordingly.
In order to be successful you will bring/have:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or other related field, individuals with practical experience will be considered
A desire to learn and work in a challenging but rewarding environment
Ability to work under pressure alone and as part of a team
Advanced working knowledge with MS Office applications (i.e. Word, advanced Excel, Outlook, Teams)
Strong communication (written and spoken), and interpersonal skills in English and Turkish, with experience in working with multicultural teams
A strong sense of integrity
Attention to detail
Preferably familiar working with financial softwares
Experience of working with partners on financial monitoring and reporting is desirable
I/NGO & donor relations/awards experience is highly desirable
Position holder will be based in Istanbul, therefore legal right to work in Turkey is necessary at the time of application.
