Position Summary: **

The Finance and Administration (F&A) Director is a full-time, key personnel position for an upcoming USAID opportunity in Ethiopia to improve the delivery of water and sanitation services in urban areas. The F&A Director leads the overall management of finance, human resources, and operations, including IT, logistics, procurement, and property management. This position is contingent on contract award to DT Global.

Primary Responsibilities:

· Provide overall management for finance and administrative functions, including operations, human resources and financial, to support the best possible delivery of the overall program

· Supervise, support, and develop the skills and capabilities of a team of human resources, finance, and operations managers

· Support the chief of party and deputy chief of party with annual work planning, including developing and monitoring budgets, expenditures, and financial projections

· Champion the overall success of the program by guiding the senior management team to lead and motivate staff, support partners, and manage resources for effective and efficient program results

· Develop and enforce internal controls and ensure compliance of all processes, systems, and standards with Ethiopian law, DT Global policies, and USAID rules and regulations**

Education & Qualifications: **

· Extensive supervisory experience as a manager of managers leading finance, accounting, human resources, and operations functions for USAID-funded programs**

· A stellar record of accomplishment leading, motivating, and building the skills of direct reports and their teams**

· In-depth understanding of the rules and regulations applicable to USAID acquisitions (contracts), including grants under contract and procurement/subcontracts**

· Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field, including business administration, finance, accounting, or economics**

· Professional fluency in written and spoken English**
