Customer Retention Executive
Location: UK flexible / home working
Contract type: Permanent – 35 hours per week.
Salary: Up to £19123 per year + commission averaging £8,000 per year.

Why this role is important…
Your work will be crucial in developing the uptake and renewal of first aid training courses across the UK, helping to ensure the public are educated on how to treat someone in an emergency.
How you’ll make a difference…
You’ll focus on engaging with first aid training customers who have previously attended a course and whose qualifications are expiring. You’ll register th em on to new first aid training sessions to make sure their skills are up to date and that they are ready to help anybody in need during and emergency.

The Red Cross has been delivering first aid courses for more than 30 years and has an enviable reputation for quality and excellence. We have over 180 training venues across the UK.
You will work within the sales department, which is home to our sales, Retention, key accounts and service teams. You will also work closely with a range of other support services for Red Cross Training, including our resource planning, venues, training, marketing and field-based teams.
What we are looking for…
With a natural interest and enthusiasm for the British Red Cross and the causes we are involved in, you should have:
Ideally, you’ll have worked in a sales / business development role previously
You’ll h ave strong customer service skills
You’ll be motivated to flourish in a target driven environment, working as a team to hit goals.
You’ll have strong communication skills and enjoy talking to lots of people on a daily basis.
