Org. Setting and Reporting The Reporting and Analytics Officer reports to the HR Workforce Planning & Data Analytics Officer. The incumbent is assigned to strengthening Humanitarian Principles (HP) initiative. Responsibilities – Supports the Department of Internal Oversight Services (DIOS) and Department of Information Management and Technology (DIMT), in implementing an end-to-end case management system; this includes: – Acting as a liaison between HR and IT for all matters related to system implementation; – Analyzing the existing Disciplinary Database System in consultation with the human resources administrative law team; – Integrating the human resources Disciplinary Database system with the DIOS’ case management system, and ensuring that all HR business requirements are met; – Analyzing data to ensure that data stored in both systems is accurate and reconciled; coordinating data cleansing where needed; – Leads HR user testing for Field and HQ offices, including development of training material for the new system; – Provides tools (for HR purposes) for data analysis related to humanitarian principles, including the implementation of the Disciplinary Dashboard in Fields and HQ Offices; – Supports the development of HR dashboards, including drafting of user manuals, training material and related policies/ Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs); – Develops HR related training material for the new system and dashboards; trains relevant stakeholders on the use of dashboards and other related systems and processes related to the roll out of the integrated case management system.
