Job Title: Reward Business Partner

We are looking for a Reward Business Partner, at a pivotal time of transition and change for the organisation.
What you’ll be doing:
In this role, you will provide reward expertise as part of a team of specialists designing and facilitating the implementation of all aspects of Oxfam GB’s Reward strategy and associated delivery mechanisms. Provide advice and support to HR colleagues and managers, building capability and confidence and ensuring reward issues are managed effectively and in line with Oxfam’s reward principles in support of the organisation’s strategy.
- Understanding of reward principles and practice
- Understanding and experience of Human Resources principles and practice
- Planning and project management abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to communicate complex technical issues to non-specialists
- Good level of numeracy
- IT literate including competent spreadsheet capability
- Strong customer service ethic
